Loctoa Chocolate is a bean to bar chocolate company, founded by Nick Willson and based in Glasgow.
Nick was first introduced to a cacao tree through a job at the Eden Project, Cornwall - and guided visitors around the thriving cacao plantation within the indoor rainforest.
He spent the next 8 years working with chocolate makers and chocolatiers of all kinds, learning the skills and gaining expert knowledge to allow him to turn his passion into a delicious chocolate bar.
These bars highlight a process that begins its journey at origin, in the hands of one maker and ends up in the UK to meet its other maker.
