I was first introduced to a cacao tree through a job at the Eden Project, Cornwall- guiding visitors around a living cacao plantation within an indoor rainforest. I spent the next 8 years working with chocolate makers and chocolatiers of all kinds, learning the skills and gaining expert knowledge to allow me to turn my passion into a delicious chocolate bar.
